The Challenge

A finished brand style guide is a static document that decays the moment someone else has to apply it consistently. Jitaku’s small team would need to generate ongoing content (social, email, ads) without a dedicated brand or content specialist on staff, risking drift away from the carefully built luxury positioning almost immediately after handover.

The Outcome

A functioning, structured content-operations system, verified live: the Notion dashboard’s linked databases were confirmed real, and the GPT links resolve to working tools. Not requested by the client, a self-initiated demonstration of applying AI and knowledge-architecture thinking to a real, live brand problem.

The Approach

Unprompted, built a three-part system. First, a structured Brand Voice discovery worksheet capturing real client preferences (tone, word choices to use and avoid, audience-specific tone variants) through comparative examples rather than abstract questions. Second, three custom GPTs: a Brand Style Guide GPT that coaches non-designers and reminds experienced designers of best practices, a Brand Voice Style Guide GPT, and a Content Engine GPT that generates on-brand content across formats. Third, an operational Notion dashboard covering campaigns, content pipeline, content calendar, customer segments, funnel steps, keywords, hashtags and phrasebook, directly reusing the customer-segment and funnel-stage structure from an earlier business strategy workshop, so strategic thinking became a live operational content system rather than a document that goes stale.

Headline Metric

3 custom GPTs built and live · 8 linked operational databases in the Notion dashboard · direct structural reuse of strategy-workshop segmentation into live operational tooling · unprompted, self-initiated scope, not part of the original brief
