The Challenge

MedExpress’s Health Centre blog looked visually disconnected from the rest of the site, undermining a cohesive brand experience across their content and their core service.

The Outcome

Delivered a redesigned, on-brand Health Centre blog and a visually consistent main site: a modest, precisely scoped engagement rather than a large transformation, catalogued here for the recognisable brand name and because it’s a genuine, dated, verifiable piece of work.

The Approach

Installed and customised a new WordPress theme for the Health Centre blog, benchmarked against a competitor (Lloyds Pharmacy’s blog) while keeping the result aligned to MedExpress’s own corporate style rather than copying a competitor’s identity wholesale. Once the new blog style was settled, carried the base styles, fonts, colours and spacing, back over to the main website so the two sections read as one cohesive site rather than two stitched-together properties. A follow-on monthly CRO retainer was proposed at the same time but wasn’t taken up by the client.

Headline Metric

Redesigned Health Centre blog now visually consistent with the main site · a follow-on CRO retainer was proposed but not taken up
